Implant dentistry:

Since high performed ceramics are available in dentistry metals are no longer the first choice in dentistry. Advantages:

Ceramics provides advantages as well as in medical, aesthetic and functional terms. It has been proved that metal causes a number of problems such as corrosion and interaction with e-smog.
We are convinced that in times of increasing levels of e-smog metal is not longer the first choice in dentistry.
Computernavigated Implantation make the procedure still more predictable and convenient.

Root canals:

The conventional way to do a root canal holds numerous failures. A totally different modern concept by using microscope, LASER, ultrasound, electronic measuring procedures and ozone reach predictable and long lasting results in pain free maintaining natural teeth.

Crowded teeth and bite dysfunction:

Many of us suffer from crowded teeth and need a jaw regulation.
Usually there is a lack of space or a rear position of the lower jaw.
These are symptoms of dysfunctional muscular system in and around the mouth.
In that case it is never useful to remove teeth but rather to enlarge the jaws. The result will be a brilliant natural aesthetic and prevent other problems like pain and abrasion.

Bite has a close relationship to posture and gait. And you should not treat them separately. We do it with an orthopaedic device called BIONATOR which is not fixed on to the teeth but forms the jaw arches in a natural manner without removing teeth.
